Chris Ehrenfeld is a longtime Chatham County resident who is proud to be the lead developer for the WILLIAMS CORNER project. Chris' passion is bringing innovative development projects to a growing Chatham.
Chris has been a real estate broker for more than 20 years having spent most of those years in Chatham. Being a Tar Heel Alum by way of Pittsburgh, PA, Chris fell in love with Chatham when he bought a piece of land and built a home in 1998.
Finding success in real estate and as a general contractor has allowed him to pursue his real passion - community advocacy and philanthropy with focus on education and job creation.

Chris loves living in Chatham and chooses to continue to invest & develop projects in Chatham County as he wants to make Chatham County the best place to live and work.
Outside of work and charitable projects, Chris spends his free time with his wife and seven year old twin boys who attend North Chatham Elementary. You’ll frequently find Chris and his boys hiking around Jordan Lake and other areas of natural beauty throughout Chatham County.
